Facts about me:
I am married with three children, named Cinnamon Sticks, Yum Yum and Brime. (these are not their real names of course!!)
The time devoted to each child should be split three ways….but in actual fact, Cinnamon Sticks takes 80% of my time and the other two take 10% each. The reason for this is that Cinnamon Sticks is a hyperactive child. House rules are constantly being modified to take into account of Cinnamon sticks approach to life, peers, himself and generally, just about anything and everything he touches. I will elaborate in an article soon.
I am a qualified mathematician and therefore see the world through analytical eyes. Buildings are shapes in some form of pattern or sequence.
My reason for writing this blog is to share my experiences of dealing with huperactivity, ADHD and information processing disorder. I can also share tips on successful teaching and learning. My childrn are top of their respective classes and I regularly get requests to teach other people.
